The room had a decent size and a great view of the lake. The location was perfect as it was close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The shower was not working properly and the room was not very clean. , the breakfast selection was limited, and there was no proper coffee.

Great value for money and friendly staff! the breakfast included a variety of options and the spacious shower bathrooms were a plus. We also appreciated the family-friendly rooms and the fact that some rooms had CNN news channels. the location was convenient for exploring the town and surrounding areas.

the lack of tea/coffee/hot water in the room was inconvenient, as was the fact that there was no one available in the building on some days.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I also loved the beautiful view from my balcony. In terms of cleanliness, the room was spotless, and the bathroom was quite large. The location was great too, I found it easy to get around the city from here.
